Ashley Grimm is the founder and visionary behind Sage Beauty Collective. With nearly 20 years of experience specializing in eyebrow shaping, she has built a career rooted in artistry, precision, and genuine client connection.

After earning her Esthetician license in 2006 at the age of 20, Ashley began her career with Benefit Cosmetics, where she worked and managed Brow Bars in Santa Barbara, Australia, and Santa Maria. During this time, she developed her signature approach to brow shaping — enhancing natural features while elevating confidence.

In 2014, Ashley transitioned into entrepreneurship, founding Ash Brow Artist. As her business grew, so did her vision. She felt called to create more than a personal brand — she wanted to cultivate a collaborative environment where independent beauty professionals could thrive together while maintaining their individuality.

That vision came to life in 2021 with the opening of Sage Beauty Collective.

Sage Beauty Collective features 12 private suites, each thoughtfully customized by its artist to reflect their unique style and specialty. Ashley carefully curated a collective of highly skilled professionals, each offering specialized services within the beauty and wellness industry.
